Pricing Model
Section titled “Pricing Model”AuditorTax pricing is designed for Chartered Accountants who manage payroll and statutory compliance for multiple client companies. The price is calculated on two independent dimensions: the number of client companies you manage, and the total employee headcount across all those clients.
Why two dimensions?
Section titled “Why two dimensions?”A flat per-client price treats all clients as equal — but a CA with 5 clients running 250 employees total is doing fundamentally different work from one running 5 clients with 10,000 employees. The second CA’s workload involves far more payroll processing, more statutory filings, and more compliance surface area.
Two separate meters make the pricing fair and transparent:
- Clients dimension — scales with the breadth of your practice (how many companies you manage)
- Employees dimension — scales with the volume of payroll processing (how much computation and statutory filing we do for you)

Billing
Section titled “Billing”- Plans are billed monthly
- No per-seat charges, no per-payslip fees
- Employee count is measured at the start of each billing cycle based on active employees across your client companies
- Upgrading mid-cycle is prorated
Frequently asked questions
Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Does the employee count include employees who left mid-month?
Section titled “Does the employee count include employees who left mid-month?”No. Employee count is based on active employees at the start of the billing cycle. Employees whose exit was processed before the cycle start are not counted.
What if I add a new client mid-month and cross a tier boundary?
Section titled “What if I add a new client mid-month and cross a tier boundary?”Your plan upgrades at the next billing cycle. We do not retroactively charge for the current month.
